Tri-Hard: March 2007 Update

Hello triathletes and other endurance athletes,

We have a few items for you this month:

1. Attached is an article we recently published in New England Sports entitled "Your First Triathlon". It is geared to a person who has never done a triathlon, and is looking to do their first. We give a basic 12-week training plan to get ready for a sprint-distance triathlon. Maybe someone you know would be interested in reading it? Maybe you can use it to help encourage someone you know to give triathlon a try? If so, please feel free
to pass it on to anyone you know. (If you'd like a Word copy that you can post on your website, just ask. We'd be happy to provide you with one.)

2. Come to our seminar The Truth About Recovery on March 25th on the MIT campus in Cambridge, MA. This is a free seminar open to all endurance athletes, as part of the New England Multisport Expo. For details, go to ww.newenglandmultisportexpo.com/sessions_speakers.html or see the attached flyer. Please feel free to share this information with anyone you know who may be interested in attending.

3. Looking to increase your performance in 2007? We can help. Attached are some emails we received from some of our athletes in the past few months sharing their experiences with our coaching, if you would like to read them. If we can help you work towards your goals in 2007, we'd love to. Call us anytime to learn more.

Be well, and have a great month,
Jason & Will
